The Philips Panorama Scanner accommodates patients, regardless of age or size.  Pediatric patients can be accompanied by a parent, young children may wish to have their parent lay beside them - this can be easily accomplished. 

Many athletes find that “closed” or cylindrical scanners do not accommodate their size and will appreciate the spaciousness offered by the Panorama. 

Large patients can have an MRI scan in complete comfort, as the Panorama gantry table has a weight limit of 550 pounds, which far exceeds the weight limit of any other open scanner.
